Daily maintenance：
1. Check and clean the surface of the fixed mold and movable mold of the Plastic Injection Mold.
⒉Whether the cooling water channel of the mold is smooth and there is no water leakage.
3. Check whether the mold hot runner system works normally.
4. If there is an oil cylinder, it is necessary to check whether the operation of the mold oil cylinder is normal and whether there is oil leakage.
5. Check whether the core pulling action and lubrication are normal, and make sure to use an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.
6. Clean the guide mechanism and re-lubricate, be sure to use the right amount of lubricating oil.
Preventive Maintenance:
1. Clean the Plastic Molds and cavity
2 Clean the exhaust slot
3. Clean the cooling water channel of the mold and check its sealing
4. Check the seal of the hydraulic system
5. Disassemble and install the core and clean and lubricate
6. Disassemble the slider and clean and lubricate
7. Disassemble and install the oblique] page and clean and lubricate
8. Overhaul the condition of the ejector mechanism of the mold
9. Check the fit of the mold parting surface
10. Check the guide for looseness and lubricate
11. Clean the water channel with cleaning agent, then clean the impurities in the cooling channel with detergent, and dry it with hot air
(The above maintenance is carried out once every three months)
12. If the mold is not used for a long time, after the above maintenance of the mold, it should be dried and coated with anti-rust agent. The mold should be stored in a dry place.
