This mold is suitable for multi-socket with protector. Due to the low demand for this project, we adopted a home mold design. There are 2 sections in total. The top is the cover and the bottom is the bottom for fixing the internal metal parts
FAQ :
For different products in the same mold, how should we accurately control the size? If there are only 2 cavities in total, like 1+1, it doesn’t make much difference for appliances. But the weight difference is too big, we should pay more attention to the size of the injection gate. They have to be done by SHARP EDM pins and should be tried little by little, from small to large. Seems to be too big and we have to find other areas for injection gates. The mold does not allow any welding.
